To take on more of a leadership role with regards to technology at my school, I plan to...
-stay in touch with peers I have met in this AQ course that are keen technology users so we can continue to support each other and to share ideas (which I can then share with colleagues at my school)
-be a regular follower of our school board's technology blog so that I can pass along the latest ideas and technology opportunities that are available to us at the school
-act as a leader in integration of technology in the classroom by leading staff workshops on a variety of software programs that staff express a need to learn more about (with a focus on usable lesson ideas)
-make myself available to fellow staff members who need support with technology use in the classroom (not just at the time a new type of software is introduced, but months after when they may need a refresher)
